Where renuzy is different
- No share of your payments. Join It's pricing page lists a service fee on online transactions of 3.0% on Starter, 2.0% on Total and 1.5% on Extra, with Stripe's fees on top. renuzy takes 0% of your dues on every plan; Stripe's own fee is the only one. As a worked example of the published rate, a 3.0% fee on $10,000 of dues collected online is $300 a year.
- One plan with everything. Member cards, door mode and the members directory are on every renuzy plan, not a higher tier.

Does renuzy charge a percentage of online payments?
No. renuzy takes 0% of your dues on every plan. Stripe charges its own card fee, currently 2.9% plus 30¢ on a US card, and that fee goes to Stripe.

Yes. Export your member list and bring the file. We match the columns, catch duplicates and show you a preview before anything goes live, with 30 days to undo. It is free on every plan.
