No. Bring whatever file you have and we do the matching, the cleanup and a preview, with 30 days to undo. Founding clubs get a person to do the move with them. Add your list to the early access form now and your club is ready the day we open.

Set your club up free for 30 days, no card needed. When you want to email members or collect dues, pick a plan and add a card; nothing is charged before the 30 days are up. If the trial ends without a plan, we remind you, and the club is deleted 30 days later. You can export everything right up to that day.

You move up a band and pay the price on your card, never what new clubs are paying. The whole card is yours, so growing costs what it cost the day you joined. It happens at your next renewal, with notice, never mid period. Past 10,000 members we quote you on the same terms.

No. No account, no app, no password. They tap the link in your renewal email, pay, and get a receipt. Members are never charged by renuzy and never marketed to by us.

Yes. Add them to your report list and they get the monthly report and meeting summaries by email, each with a private link to the full report. Remove someone and their links stop working.

Yes. A membership volunteer can add members, run events and check people in at the door without touching payments. Board members can have a read only view. Only the treasurer and owner handle money.

You decide what to collect and what to do with it. renuzy processes it on your behalf and nothing else. We never sell your members’ personal information, do not share it with advertisers, and never market to your members. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach renuzy.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we back up every night and test a restore every month, and access is limited to the people who need it. If a security incident ever affects personal information, we tell the affected clubs within 72 hours of confirming it and help you tell your members.

Any time, in a file you can open. Your member list, payment records and logo are yours; renuzy only holds them to run your account. If you cancel, your data stays available to export for 90 days, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You leave whenever you like. One click from your billing page, no call, no form, no reason needed, and nobody tries to talk you out of it. Your full export stays open, so you take every member, every payment and every note with you.

You get at least 90 days’ notice, and your exports stay open the whole time. You leave with your full member list, payment history and notes.
