renuzyPrivacy during early access

renuzy is not open yet. This notice covers what happens to the information you give us before we open: through the early access form, the emails we send, and any member list you choose to send us. A full privacy policy replaces it the day the product opens.
Who we are
renuzy is run by Jeremiah Luttrell in Denver, Colorado, United States. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
What we collect
- From the early access form: your name if you give it, your email, your organization's name and how many members it has.
- If you send a member list: the file itself, with whatever it contains, plus your email, your organization's name and the date you sent it.
- When you visit the site: a count of visits that does not use cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
What we do with it
- Email you: a welcome, a short note about once a month while we build, and an email the day we open. Every email has a way to stop them.
- Read your replies, and contact you about setting up your club.
- Use a member list only to set up your club in renuzy before we open. We never email the people on it, and nothing goes to your members until you say so.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. The website has no advertising cookies.
Who handles it for us
- HubSpot keeps our list of early access signups.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Cloudflare runs the website, counts visits, and stores member lists in private storage that only we can open.
- Google Workspace is our own email, where your replies arrive.
Each handles it only to provide that service to us. All of it is stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Your signup: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- A member list: until your club is set up. If you decide not to use renuzy, we delete it 14 days after we tell you your club is ready. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you are on a club's member list and want it removed, tell us and we will remove you and let the club know.
Children
Early access is for adults signing up on behalf of an organization. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it here with a new date, and email everyone on the list if the change matters to them.
