With renuzyA guided handover: a tour, one task a day, and the old treasurer on hand for 30 days.

For the people paying

Tap the link. Pay. Done.

No app, no account, no password. Members tap the link, pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and get a receipt.

A member's payments page on a phone: a Renew online card for Household, $70 a year, then $70 this year and $140 in total. Beside it, the payment history: Apr 12, 2025 by check, Apr 12, 2026 by bank transfer, and next, Apr 11, 2027.

On their phone

A member card in their pocket.

The moment they pay, their card is a link away, on any phone or computer. It shows whether they are paid and checks them in at the door.

A member's own page on a phone, with her membership card in the club's green: Ellie Whitaker, Active, Household, good to Apr 11, 2027, and a code to scan at the door.

For your treasurer

Who is about to lapse, and why.

Every week renuzy drafts a short note to each member who may not renew, with the reason: a card that expired, a renewal still open, not seen since spring. Nothing goes until you press Send.

The member list on a phone: Diane, Ellen, George and Hannah Abbott, each Active and paid to a date in 2027, and Helen Abbott, a student with no renewal date, labelled Needs a fix and Former member.
The Keep members page: 6 notes waiting, a 63% save rate, 5 of 8 notes and calls saved a member, 2 still inside their 30 days, and notes drafted for Ivy Schmidt and Diane Quinn, ready to edit and send.

How to start

02

Your memberships. Your way.

Annual or join date renewals, households, discounts, member rates, pay what you can. Your name and logo throughout.

03

Get paid

Your subs. Your account.

Connect Stripe. Payments go to your club’s account on Stripe’s payout schedule.

All year round

From the door to the board.

Check people in at the door, write to a group and take the board its report, with no spreadsheet in sight.

Door mode on any phone

Door mode keeps working with no signal, and catches up when you are back online.

Door mode on a phone at the October meeting: 23 checked in, 19 who said they would come, 3 guests and $125 taken at the door. Ellie is typed in the search, and Ellie Whitaker shows as Paid up with a Check in button.

Email one member or a whole group

Every email goes out in your club’s name, and replies come to you.

Email a group: current members, 260 people, everyone on the list, lapsed members to win back, people who never joined and members past their renewal date, then the subject and the message.

The board report, written for you

What came in, who joined, who lapsed and what needs the board, in plain sentences. Print it or send it.

The board report, under the club's own logo, with what to tell the board in plain sentences: $880.00 collected in October from 18 members, up 1% on the same days last year, the club grown from 283 to 289 active members, and $530.00 owed now. In front of it, the same report on a phone, open at the money: $880.00 subs collected, $45.00 came back, $835.00 net and $530.00 outstanding today, then how members paid, card $460, check $180, cash $150 and bank transfer $90.

Help that shows you

Help for the main tasks has a Show me button. It opens the right page and walks you through each step.

A Show me walkthrough on the Members page: the Add a member button is lit up, with a note that says Adding a member, Press Add a member, Step 1 of 5, and Next and Stop buttons.

What you get

Ready the day we open.

The first list is built. The second is not yet, and we say so.

Pricing

Your club grows. Your pricing stays yours.

One flat price for your size, with every feature on every plan. Pay once a year, the way your subs come in after the AGM, or month by month. Every price here locks the day you first pay, for as long as you stay. Grow into a bigger plan and you still pay today’s price.

For state and national bodies

Run a federation? See every chapter, live.

Member counts and subs for every chapter, live, any day of the year. Chapters on renuzy send their count on your date by themselves.

In Australia, a body that pays for its chapters on one bill pays the club price on all their members together, plus A$35 a month for each chapter. The federations page quotes US dollars.

The federation dashboard on a laptop, with the same page on a phone in front of it: your 13 chapters have 2,839 members, 96% paid up, $13,636 of $14,195 in subs for 2026 paid, $559 still owed by 2 chapters, and $13,636 received for 2026.

Built for the people who keep clubs running.

I’m Jeremiah, and I built renuzy because clubs deserve a better deal.

Clubs run on volunteers who give up their evenings. That time should go to members, not spreadsheets and chasing payments. And your club’s money belongs to your club.

Tell me what your club needs. If you need help, you’re talking to me.

Early access

Help build the club software you actually want.

We are building renuzy with a small group of founding clubs. They also get:

  • A setup call with a person, not a help article
  • A person to move your member list with you
  • A real person replies within one business day

What happens after you sign up

  1. Today. We email you back to say we have you, and your club name is on the list.
  2. While we build. A short note now and then.
  3. When renuzy opens. You get an invitation. If you sent your member list, your club is already set up and waiting.
  4. Then. Your two free months start the day you join.
