What ClubRunner does well
- It publishes a price for every club size up to 1,000 members, so a club can see its price before it calls.
- Three versions. Standard comes with a club website, and Lite is a website and newsletter. Admin Only is for a club that already has a website, with dues and billing, attendance, committees and reports.
- District and zone versions that link a district's clubs in one database, and a link to Rotary International's member records.
- The first upload of your member data is included.
Where renuzy is different
- Card payments included. ClubRunner's online payments are an add on. In the US it lists $10 a month, a $75 yearly PCI compliance fee and 2.49% plus 25¢ on each card payment. With renuzy, card payments are on every plan, into your club's own Stripe account at Stripe's rate, currently 2.9% plus 30¢ on a US card, and renuzy adds nothing.
- No setup fee. ClubRunner lists a one time setup fee from $100 for up to 20 members to $750 for up to 1,000. renuzy has no setup fee, and we move your member list across for free.
- Monthly or yearly. ClubRunner subscriptions are paid yearly in advance. renuzy is monthly, or yearly at eleven months for twelve.
- Your price, locked. renuzy locks the whole price card the day you first pay, for as long as you stay.
