Download your records, any time
- Your member list. On Members, Download this list gives a spreadsheet of exactly the members shown.
- Every payment your club has recorded.
- Member notes.
- The report, the ledger and a summary for any month, quarter or year.
- What changed, and who: every change to the club, newest first.
The spreadsheets are CSV files, which open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Cancelling
- Go to Plan.
- Press Cancel plan. There is no call, no form and no reason to give.
Everything keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Changed your mind before then? Press Keep my plan on the same page.
Refunds
Monthly plans end at the end of the paid month and are not refunded. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly charge. After that, it runs to the end of the year you paid for.
After your plan ends
You have 90 days to download your data, and then the club and everything in it is deleted. Our nightly backups hold a copy for up to 35 days after that, and then it is gone from those too. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
If a free trial ends without a plan, the club is deleted 30 days later, and renuzy emails your officers before that day.
Questions
Can we take our list to another tool?
Yes. The files are ordinary CSV spreadsheets, which any tool that imports a spreadsheet can read.
What happens if renuzy closes?
You get at least 90 days' notice, and your exports stay open the whole time.
