Every feature on every plan
Nothing is held back for a bigger plan. Past 10,000 members we quote you on the same terms: write to [email protected].
0% of your subs
renuzy takes no percentage of your subs, on any plan, ever. Members pay into your club’s own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own card fee, currently 1.65% plus A$0.30 on an Australian card and 3.5% plus A$0.30 on an international card, and that fee goes to Stripe. We take none of it and add nothing of our own.
A sub paid by bank transfer carries no card fee. Download the statement from your bank and renuzy suggests which member each payment came from, for CommBank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, Bendigo Bank, St.George, Suncorp, ING and Macquarie. Nothing is recorded until you say so.
Free for two months, no card to start
Your club is free for 2 months from the day you join, and you need no card to start. What happens after the 2 months.
Pay once a year: eleven months, not twelve
If your club sets its subs at the AGM and collects them once a year, you can pay us the same way: A$462 a year for up to 100 members. A year is eleven months, not twelve, every year you stay, not just the first. Paying monthly is there too, at the monthly price.
How the price lock works
We lock the whole price card, every band on it, on the day you first pay. Grow into a larger band and you pay what that band cost back then. New clubs may pay more later. You never will.
- The lock starts the day you first pay. The free trial has no card and no lock.
- Moving up a band uses your card, not the current one. What happens when your club grows.
- We may publish a new price card in future. It applies to clubs joining after it.
- It holds while your subscription is continuous and you keep our terms.
- It belongs to your organisation, so it survives a change of treasurer.
- Who gets the founding price: what the founding price means.
- It covers renuzy’s plan prices, not Stripe’s card fees or usage beyond what your plan includes. What counts as usage.
Who counts as a member
We count active memberships: everyone whose subs are covered, including life and complimentary members. One person can pay for a whole household, and the household counts once. Lapsed members and everyone else on your list are free. How households work.
