Household and family memberships

One person pays, and everyone in the household is a member for the same dates.

How it works

A household is a group of members who share one payment, such as a couple or a family. The person who pays is the payer. When their payment is recorded, everyone in the household is covered for the same dates.

Each person keeps their own record, membership card and attendance, so check in at the door works person by person.

Adding a household

Add the first member, then the rest of the household in the same step, each on their own line. Their payment can go in the same step too.

Set up a household or family rate as one of your membership options, at the price your club already charges.

How a household counts toward your price

For the size of your renuzy plan, a household counts once, through the person who pays. Everyone in it is still an active member on your list and in your reports.

Someone in a household who pays their own membership counts on their own. Lapsed members, people who have not joined yet and former members never count. Who counts as a member.

Questions

Do household members appear in the members directory?

Only if your club switches the directory on, and then each person chooses for themselves whether they appear.

Can we charge a household more than one person?
