Each card is 3.5 by 2 inches, the size of a business card, laid out ten to a US Letter page. Print on card stock and cut along the lines, or print on business card sheets with the same layout. Set your printer to print at actual size (100 percent).
On each card
- Your club's name
- Member's name
- Member number
- Paid through date
- A line for a signature or stamp
Making them
- Open the Word version and type your club's name in the first card, then copy it into the others.
- Type each member's name, number and paid through date, or leave them blank to write by hand.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your card sheet before using the good stock.
