One account is one club
A chapter is a club on renuzy, even when it belongs to a larger body. It runs its own membership and keeps every dollar it collects. The parent account links the chapters, with each chapter's count and what it owes.
Two ways for a parent body to pay
The body pays for every chapter
One bill: the club price card applied to all your chapters' members together, plus $25 a month for each chapter. Every chapter after the 100th is free. With every chapter on central payment, the whole bill is 10% off, and those chapters pay renuzy nothing themselves.
For example, 20 chapters of 100 members each is 2,000 members, so $89, plus $500 for the 20 chapters. That is $589 a month, or $530.10 with 10% off.
Each chapter pays for itself
Each chapter is a club on the club price card. The body's own account costs $1 a month for each chapter on renuzy, the first ten free, and never more than $490 a month.
Who collects the dues
That is a separate choice: each chapter's own Stripe account, the parent's shared one, or a mix. It never changes the price.
If one account is used for several chapters
We talk to you first. We may move the account to parent pricing with 30 days' notice. Nothing changes during those 30 days, and you can export everything at any time.
Both prices in full, with more examples, are on the page for state and national bodies.
Questions
Does renuzy send our chapters' dues to the national body?
No money moves through renuzy. It counts the members each chapter owes for on the counting date and prepares the report, and the chapter sends the money itself.
Do chapters count toward the founding 1,000?
Yes. Each chapter counts as one club, and locks its price for as long as it stays.
